Nutricionist Diet Plans

I am a nutritionist and I have created numerous diet plans for my clients. I have worked at a holistic health clinic during the past five years and I really enjoy my job. I have a variety of clients, men, women, young, old, skinny and obese, which makes for a very interesting practice because all of the cases are very different from each other.

The majority of my clients want to loose weight; some do it for esthetic purposes and others for health reasons. All diet plans share a same core although they differ from each other in the specifics. For example the focus of all diet plans I’ve created is to consume a large quantity of fresh and natural products and to discard all processed and canned goods. Then I customize the diet plans to meet specific needs of my clients.

In general my clients are always satisfied with the results of the diet plans because they achieve or surpass the desired weight loss goal. The client who has lost the most amount of weight was a middle aged man who worked at a bank; he lost a hundred pounds by following his diet plan. It took him almost two years to loose this amount of weight but he never got discouraged and he was disciplined enough to stick to the regime. I have seen people of all ages loose weight on my diet plans. The keys to success are discipline and motivation.
